The Magic Cleaner, LLC is looking for a Cleaning Specialist/Driver in San Antonio, TX. We are looking for a team member who is reliable, punctual, accountable and able to work Monday through Friday, Saturday optional from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. 

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a great work ethic and be accountable for work provided.  
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Must have an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must have a clean driving record and not get DUI or get convicted of DWI.
• Must not have any DOT violations on your driving record.
• Must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI) at any time while driving.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.

Must be available to work some weekends (Some Saturday’s ONLY).

Responsibilities:

• Adequately clean commercial & residential spaces daily, at a timely pace and provide quality work for EACH service. Communicatie well with the team and clients pertaining to progress of cleaning and any needs/request from the client.
• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in a variety of weather conditions and traffic conditions, from destination to destination.

• Interact with team members & clients (i.e., greet clients as needed, greet staff when entering the vehicle, politely communicate any instructions as the driver).

• Check products accurately, ensure that the vehicle is properly loaded for projects scheduled for the day.
• Perform pre-trip safety inspections of vehicle(s), equipment(s), and supplies before leaving the company’s property daily; ensure that all equipment is properly stowed in the vehicle(s) ensures that vehicle is returned to storage by afternoon/evening without damage; perform cleanup activities after work day as required by company policy.
